Terms and Conditions EV88 — Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ev88 ("Platform", "we", or "Company"). This document governs the entire use of the ev88 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and other features provided.

By accessing the website, registering a new account, making your first deposit, or using any part of the ev88 platform, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms stated here. This acceptance takes full effect from the date your account is registered.

Ev88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the EV88 platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in any region that specifically prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently banned or suspended from using ev88 services or any related platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ev88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

Ev88 reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.

3. Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the EV88 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensure no other party accesses or uses your account without authorization.
• Notify ev88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure all your account information is always accurate and up to date.

Ev88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, particularly where such a breach resulted from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Ev88 supports a range of legitimate payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your ev88 account within 60 seconds once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider. ev88 does not charge any processing fees for member deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed by the ev88 finance team once all of the following conditions are met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal amount meets the specified minimum threshold.
• The chosen withdrawal method is the same as or similar to the deposit method used.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a technical issue, network disruption, or system failure during an active game session, ev88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the member's account. Any outcome generated during a technical disruption is invalid and will not be recognised.

• Game results generated by the ev88 system are final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a clear technical error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Ev88 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Any violation will result in immediate action, including account freezing or termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple account registration — registering more than one account by any means.
• Money laundering — using the EV88 platform as a channel for illicit financial activities.
• Collusion — colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any scripts, programs, or automated tools while playing.
• Identity fraud — using a false identity or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting bugs — deliberately exploiting technical errors for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse — registering a new account or using unauthorized methods solely to obtain bonuses.

Ev88 uses a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious activities. Any indication of a violation will be thoroughly investigated and action will be taken according to the severity of the case.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The member's account has been inactive beyond the specified period.
• Ev88 has received instructions from the relevant authorities to restrict the account in question.

If an account is terminated due to a member's breach of terms, ev88 reserves the right to hold any remaining funds in that account while an investigation is carried out. Funds proven to have been obtained legitimately will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ev88 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

10. Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The ev88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ev88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Ev88 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Game results that are not in the member's favor — the risk of playing is borne entirely by the member.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Any action or decision by a third party, including game providers or payment providers.

11. Amendment of Terms

Ev88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from members. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
